These Terms govern access to and use of techinnovationpr.com and the consulting services offered by Techinnovationpr LLC. By using the site, you accept these Terms.
1. Service provider
Techinnovationpr LLC, EIN 87-3421987, registered with the Puerto Rico Department of State under number 458921-2026 and license CFD-2026-0341 issued by OCIF, with registered office at 1357 Ave. Ashford, Suite 410, Condado, San Juan, PR 00907.
2. Purpose
Techinnovationpr provides information, guidance and administrative support regarding public programs, tax credits and private assistance. We do not provide legal services, certified public accounting or financial advice regulated by the SEC.
3. Access to the site
The site is free to access. Some content may require you to provide contact information through forms. We reserve the right to suspend access for security or maintenance reasons.
4. Nature of the information published
The information available on the site is general and informative. It does not constitute a promise of benefit, credit or aid. Each case depends on the criteria of the relevant agencies (FEMA, HUD, USDA, Hacienda Puerto Rico, CRIM, etc.).
5. Engaging our services
The initial consultation is free and creates no obligation to contract. Any paid service will be formalized through a written agreement detailing scope, fees and cancellation terms, in compliance with the 2020 Puerto Rico Civil Code.
6. User obligations
You agree to provide truthful, accurate and up-to-date information and not to use the site for illegal, fraudulent or harmful purposes.
7. Intellectual property
All texts, images, trademarks and graphic elements on the site are the property of Techinnovationpr LLC or are used under license. Total or partial reproduction without authorization is prohibited.
8. Links to official sites
The site may contain links to official pages (FEMA.gov, HUD.gov, USDA.gov, Hacienda.pr.gov). These links are provided for your convenience; we do not control their content nor accept responsibility for it.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Techinnovationpr LLC shall not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits or decisions made based on site information without personalized consultation.
10. Consumer protection
If you purchase paid services and reside in Puerto Rico, you have the rights recognized by DACO (Department of Consumer Affairs), including the right to cancel within three (3) business days after signature for contracts entered into outside our offices.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and, where applicable, by the federal law of the United States. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of San Juan, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.
12. Changes
We may modify these Terms. The version in force is the one published on this page, with its revision date.
