At Techinnovationpr LLC we value your privacy. This Policy explains what information we collect when you visit techinnovationpr.com, how we use it and the rights granted to you under Puerto Rico Act 247-2018 on the Protection of Personal Information in Databases, as well as any applicable federal legislation (including, where appropriate, GLBA and, on a voluntary basis, CCPA-style rights).
1. Who we are
Techinnovationpr LLC, registered with the Puerto Rico Department of State under number 458921-2026, with offices at 1357 Ave. Ashford, Suite 410, Condado, San Juan, PR 00907, acts as the Data Controller for your personal data.
2. What we collect
We collect only the information you voluntarily provide through our forms (name, email and message) and limited technical data (truncated IP address, anonymous session identifier, browser language) when you authorize analytics or advertising cookies in our consent banner.
3. How we use it
Your data is used solely to: (a) reply to your consultation request; (b) prepare an initial estimate of your eligibility for public or private programs; (c) comply with legal obligations or requirements from Puerto Rico or federal authorities; (d) improve our services through aggregated and anonymous statistics.
4. Legal basis
We process your data based on your explicit consent (form, cookie banner), the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures requested by you, and the fulfilment of legal obligations.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your data. We share information strictly with: (i) technology providers contracted under confidentiality clauses (hosting, email, authorized analytics); (ii) authorities where there is a legal obligation or a valid court order in Puerto Rico or the United States.
6. International transfers
Some of our providers are located in the continental United States or the European Union. In all cases we contractually require security measures equivalent to those applicable in Puerto Rico.
7. Retention
We keep your data for the time needed to handle your request and, afterwards, for a maximum of 60 months for legal defense or tax purposes, unless you ask us to delete it earlier.
8. Your rights
You may at any time access, rectify, delete or port your data, object to processing or withdraw your consent. Write to privacy@techinnovationpr.com with a copy of valid ID. We will reply within 30 calendar days.
9. Security
We apply TLS 1.3 encryption, access segmentation, auditable logs and daily backups. In the event of a relevant security incident, we will notify affected users and competent authorities within a reasonable time as required by law.
10. Minors
Our services are intended for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from minors without parental or guardian authorization.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Policy to reflect legal or technical changes. The latest revision date appears at the top. We will notify any material change with a notice on the site.
